Yes, we deliver across the UK. As we are located within London we are also able to provide a quicker delivery service and possibly shorter notice times for orders.

Once you place your order, we will email you within 24 hours to let you know what date the delivery will be with you (check your spam folder).
Standard shipping – Normally around 7 working days
Express Shipping – 2 – 4 working days
If the delivery date given is not suitable just simply reply back with a date which works for you. All deliveries are done on a next day service to ensure freshness.

Yes. If you would like the delivery for a certain date just mention it to us in the notes section when you checkout. We will then try our best to get them delivered to you on your chosen date. If we can not meet your chosen date we will email you within 24 hours. Its always best to order in advance as we can only make a certain amount each day.

It’s always best to make sure someone is available to receive the mochi at home. However, if you are not home we do ask you to follow the instructions you receive in the morning of your delivery via text & email and kindly ask DPD to leave your parcel in a safe place.
If you miss the delivery then DPD will deliver on the next working day but we cant ensure they will be as fresh as on the original day of delivery.

Yes we do, though there will be an additional fee of £5 payable via bank transfer.

Standard shipping means when we next have availability. This is normally within a week but you will get an email confirming delivery date within 24 hours of placing the order. This shipping service should be selected if you are not in a hurry to receive the mochi.
As all our mochi is hand made we can only make a certain amount of mochi a day.

The more notice the better so we can ensure you get the date you requested.

Fresh is best! However, our mochis can be enjoyed within 2-3 days from the day you receive the Mochi. Keep them in a cool dry place.
You can always freeze the mochi on the day of arrival to pro long the shelf life.

Mochi rice is naturally gluten free. However, some of our fillings are not. Best check the allergy info for each mochi flavour.

If you feel you cant consume the mochi within 2 – 3 days, simply freeze the mochi on arrival. You can defrost them in your own time and at your own mochi eating pace. They normally take around 30 mins to defrost. Once you defrost we do not recommend you freeze them again.

When you subscribe you save. Sign up and receive your first box within 2 – 4 working days. Then simply log in to your account every month and select your flavours for the next box by the 19th of each month.
Example below:
Sign up on the 15th of April – Receive your first box by 20th April.
Before 19th of May select your flavours for your May box. The May box will come out to you at the end of the May. You will get an email of an exact date.
The same process rolls over every month.

Once received store in a cool dry place. You can also store them in the fridge but the mochi must be in our pink box and covered or in an air tight container. If you can not consume them within 3 days then please freeze all the mochi as soon as you receive them and enjoy in your own time.
